The history of the company started in 1999 when in the structure of a large industrial holding a strong legal department was formed under the direction of Dmitry Dyakin (managing partner of Legas Legal Solutions).
The independent Russian legal company was established on November 17, 2002. At present, Legas successfully operates in the Russian market of legal services.
